This week I’m interviewing mothers on what they did before and after their pregnancies for exercise. Included in these interviews are questions like: “What did you do that you would do again?” and “What do you wish you had done?”
My intention is to not convince you to exercise during pregnancy. Rather, to give you different perspectives from healthy mothers within our community.
