Exercise and Pregnancy: Rilee

Rilee is a mother of two and now five-months postpartum with her baby girl.

With her first child, she worked out five times a week all the way up until her delivery date. With her second child, she worked out two to three times a week up until her delivery date.

Why the drop in number of days? Because every pregnancy is different! Juggling sickness and other life stresses will affect your daily routine. But the important thing was that Rilee continued to move.

Here’s what Rilee is proud of doing and also what she would do differently if she were to get pregnant again.
