Metcon Mania 22.3: Swimsuit

Workout #3 for 2022’s Metcon Mania will be a descending couplet of assault bike and muscle-ups!

Here’s the test:

For Time:
24-20-16-12
Air Assault Bike
8-7-6-5
Ring Muscle Up
(8-minute time cap)

This will be the most fun of the four workouts, in my opinion. The tricky part, however, is how much stamina do you have left after Workout #1 and Workout #2?

The intermediate division will be doing chest-to-bar pull-ups instead of muscle-ups. The scaled division will be doing ring rows with their heels 2-feet in front of the rings.
