There is is a tendency for us focus on hitting new Personal Records. We define our success by how HIGH we can go… but how often do we think about raising our MINIMUMS?
“If you want to change your life you have to raise your standards.” — Tony Robbins

Think about a ladder: You climb a step and eliminate the step below it!!
What does that look like in the gym?
OLD: Front squat opening weight 110 lbs.
NEW: Front Squat opening weight 125 lbs.
What does that look like at home?
OLD: Spend at least 10 minutes a day reading.
NEW: Spend at least 20 minutes a day reading.
As you raise your minimum standards you will notice your level of competence and comfort improve. As you raise your minimums your maximums will inevitable climb as well!!
