Summary

We will gain traction as an organization based solely on how effective our meetings are. Effective meetings come down to not just solving issues, but solving the right issues.

When you’re in charge of leading the meeting, make sure what lands on your Opportunities List is relevant in scope. Don’t let issues that are only relevant to one or two people end up on the list to be solved in a group business meeting.
