As you begin to be consistent over a period of a few months, you will begin to acquire and accumulate gear. Things like knee sleeves, a weightlifting belt, jump ropes, gymnastic grips, wrist wraps, and even different pairs of shoes.
Those listed above are usually the staples, but you will find that you may also like to carry around some carbs (supplements), floss, tape, a timer, a tripod, heel lifts, a mobility stick, sweat bands, gloves, weightlifting straps, and headphones.
This week I plan to write in detail about each of these items. I’ll go into depth about the different types, brands, and styles of each. I will also give you my recommendation, along with a few of our coaches’ recommendations.
