Working Out 4-6 Times A Week? Do This.

Some of you have been impressively consistent the past few weeks. Overall, the feedback has been pretty good with the leveling method in the daily workouts.

However, I recognize that there is some pressure sometimes to do your level in a workout. Please recognize that these “colors” are mere suggestions, nothing more.

Listen to your body. I’m far more interested in you leveling down in a workout if it means that you’ll come again tomorrow.
