Hello, I'm Diego and I'm passionate about CrossFit. I have been practicing it since 2019 and I have had the opportunity to compete, be a judge and since December I have been a coach at Rx Fit. My favorite movements are clean, pull ups and double unders. I like to help people in training and motivate them to always give their best.

I played college soccer at Utah Valley University and love all sports! After college it was tough to find a way to stay fit without running my guts out. And then a friend introduced me to CrossFit. It was love at first class! I've competed in multiple competitions and podiumed at 4 events. I love adventuring and spending time with my family.

Favorite movement: Anything with a barbell, but particularly the Clean & Jerk!


I’m Katelyn! I’ve been doing CrossFit for about 2.5 years. I grew up playing a ton of sports and ended up falling in love with CrossFit. I’ve had the opportunity to compete in competitions and it has been so rewarding to see the growth that comes from discipline and consistency. My favorite movements are cleans, wall balls, and double unders. I love being able to help others reach their goals and to push them to grow and be better.


Hi! I started my fitness journey at a very young age as a competitive swimmer. I swam competitively for 16 years including two years at the University of Alaska Fairbanks. My college boyfriend was a Crossfit coach and he convinced me to try Crossfit when my competitive swimming journey ended in 2015 and I immediately fell in love with it. I started coaching at RXFit in March 2023 to share my love and knowledge of fitness and Crossfit with others. My coaching philosophy is to uphold the standards and train like you compete. I love all outdoor activities and spending time with my dog and boyfriend.

Favorite movements: Rowing, Toes to Bar, and Deadlifts.
